Biosketch

Lesly Samedy Bates, Pharm.D., Ph.D., is a clinical pharmacologist and registered pharmacist who currently serves as a program officer with OPPTB. Her research interests center on evaluating the contributions of genetic, environmental, and socioeconomic factors responsible for observed differences in drug response among children and adolescents.

Prior to joining NICHD, Dr. Samedy Bates was a clinical pharmacology research fellow at the University of California, San Francisco.
