- Neuromodulation for Accidental Bowel Leakage (NOTABLe)
This study will test the effectiveness of percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) to treat fecal incontinence in women for whom supervised pelvic muscle training and constipating medication have not worked. - Adverse Childhood Experiences in Urogynecologic Patients (ACE-UP)
Some reports suggest that adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) may be associated with PFDs in adulthood. This study will investigate the prevalence, frequency, and type of ACEs in women with PFDs and chronic pelvic pain. - Vaginal Estrogen and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy in Women With Symptomatic Mild Prolapse
This study will test a treatment combining pelvic floor physical therapy and vaginal estrogen for women with mild pelvic organ prolapse.
