  • National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS)
    NINDS, part of NIH, offers information on dozens of neuroscience-related conditions, from ADHD to stroke; news on new findings from funded research; and a searchable index of NINDS-supported clinical trials.
  • NIH Blueprint for Neuroscience Research
    The NIH Blueprint for Neuroscience Research website is a portal to different NIH institutes and research on neuroscience. It includes links to all the NIH components that study neuroscience-related topics and health conditions, as well as research-focused information and resources.
  • Society for Neuroscience 
    The Society for Neuroscience is a membership organization of scientists and physicians who study neurosciences. Find resources for students and educators and general information on the page About Neuroscience. 
    • aims to provide consumer-friendly information about neuroscience to the public. It is an initiative of the Society for Neuroscience and other partners.
  • The Dana Foundation 
    The Dana Foundation supports brain research through grants, publications, and educational programs. It also publishes information about topics of public interest, such as painkillers and addiction, aging, and autism.
    • Brain Connections 
      This publication lists more than 240 organizations in the United States that provide information, referrals, and other guidance in connection with brain-related disorders. Listings provide mailing addresses, toll-free numbers, email addresses, and clickable website addresses and identify the primary services each organization provides.
