Location
Orlando Bonnet Creek Hotel, Orlando, Florida
Purpose
Human reproduction is a relatively inefficient process given that the probability of conception in any given cycle is 25% to 50%. However, it is estimated that only 50% of these conceptions advance beyond 20 weeks of gestation, and that, of the pregnancies that are lost, 75% are due to implantation failure. Therefore, this conference aims to update our knowledge on causes that result in failure of implantation and maintenance of pregnancy. An expected outcome of this meeting will be to provide planning for future research support in the area.
This meeting is scheduled as a satellite meeting of the 60th Annual Meeting of the Society for Gynecological Investigation (SGI).
The meeting is open to the public, but attendees must pay a registration fee to the SGI.
