WHAT: Media availability with leading health and environment officials to provide the latest information on the development of the National Children's Study, a groundbreaking, long-term research project to examine the environmental influences on children's health and development.

The National Children's Study Assembly Meeting is being held in Atlanta, Georgia on Wednesday, December 17, as part of the continuing development of what will be the largest long-term study on children's health ever conducted in the United States, projected to involve about 100,000 children from before birth to age 21.
