Biosketch
Diane L. Putnick, Ph.D., studies prenatal and perinatal factors that promote child development and well-being. Her research interests include risk and protective factors for developmental delays, parental mental health, neighborhood-level social determinants of health, and developmental methodology.
Dr. Putnick supports Dr. Edwina Yeung's program of research, writing papers based on the Upstate KIDS study and serving as a contracting officer's representative and central team member for the Study of Pregnancy and Neonatal Health (SPAN).
Dr. Putnick earned her doctorate degree in developmental psychology from The George Washington University.
