Media-Smart Youth Upgraded: Eat, Think, and Be Active Train-the-Trainer Packet
This packet includes everything needed to conduct full day and half day train-the-trainer sessions for Media-Smart Youth Upgraded: Eat, Think, and Be Active!--an interactive afterschool education program that helps young people ages 11 to 13 understand the complex media world around them and how it can influence their health, especially in regard to nutrition and physical activity. The packet includes both a half-day training guide, presentations used in the training, and handouts for trainees.
