This sheet, part of the Pregnancy for Every Body initiative, lists questions pregnant women should be asking and answering before their first pregnancy care appointment to help plan for a healthy pregnancy. The initiative aims to help plus-size pregnant women and their healthcare providers talk about pregnancy and weight. This action plan forms the basis for the personalized pregnancy care plan that healthcare providers and plus-size pregnant women create together to promote healthy pregnancy.
