Purpose
NICHD recently launched its Decoding Maternal Morbidity Data Challenge to encourage innovative data solutions for improving maternal health. Up to $400,000 is available to individuals or groups who design an effective method for analyzing the Nulliparous Pregnancy Outcomes Study: Monitoring Mothers-to-Be dataset and identifying risk factors for adverse outcomes, such as hypertensive disorders, diabetes, and infections.
This webinar will provide details on the challenge’s background as well as what NICHD is seeking in the proposed solutions. Webinar attendees also will learn how they can participate in the challenge, which runs through October 15, 2021, and will have an opportunity to ask questions. Attendees also can submit their questions in advance to nichd@freelancer.com.
