Biosketch

Alexis Clark is the NICHD Budget Officer and Chief of the Office of Financial Planning and Management. Alexis joined NICHD in the fall of 2010 to take the position of Budget Officer after 14 years at the Administration for Children and Families, where she was a senior budget analyst in the Division of Budget in the Office of Legislative Affairs and Budget. Alexis graduated from Haverford College in Pennsylvania and has a master’s degree in public policy from Duke University. She received a Woodrow Wilson Fellowship in international affairs and public policy in 1993 and completed the Presidential Management Intern program in 1998.
