OAS provides administrative and support services, including budget, grants and contracts, human resources, property and facilities services, conference support, and travel management, to the NICHD Office of the Director and other organizational components of NICHD. OAS also ensures compliance with institute-specific and government-wide policies and procedures complimentary to these services.
In coordination with the Office of Information Technology, OAS also oversees infrastructure management and security compliance for the Office of Administrative Services's portfolio of administrative applications and reporting tools.
