Curriculum for Nurses: Continuing Education Program on SIDS Risk Reduction

PDF
The NICHD and its partners in the Safe to Sleep campaign (formerly the Back to Sleep campaign) worked with national nursing organizations to design this continuing education (CE) program about reducing the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Nurses can receive CE credit by going through the module themselves, or an instructor can lead a group of nurses through the module to receive CE credit. This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the Maryland Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. If you need multiple copies of the CE, send an e-mail to NICHDInformationResourceCenter@mail.nih.gov describing your needs. Please use "SIDS CE" in the subject line.
