EA Program, Division of Special Populations (DSP), NICHD

Bethesda, Maryland

The EA Program, which supports research infrastructure development for women and minority institutions, selected its first inaugural class in 1978; since then, the Program now includes training international grantees on NIH policy and procedures, compliance and regulatory issues, and grantsmanship. The domestic grantees will be joined by their international colleagues from India, Kenya, Uganda and South Africa for a 10-week training program that will take place primarily on the NIH campus, with selected visits to other federal and international agencies.
